paler towards striae, darker gray over
striae, umbonate, with umbo very firm,
rounded conic at first, then subplanar, then with
upward; context not staining or bruising,
4mm thick at stipe apex;
6 mm thick at center of firm umbo;
margin striate (0.15-0.2 R), not
appendiculate; universal veil absent.
free, crowded, tan in mass, white in side view,
not staining or bruising when cut or bruised, 5 mm broad;
lamellulae truncate, plentiful, of diverse
115 - 157 × 7± mm, white
not staining, cyllindric or slightly narrowing upward
slightly curved, slightly flaring at apex; context
white, hollow, not staining; partial veil
absent; universal veil as saccate volva, white,

Odor slightly sweet. Taste
